750 grams mutton
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
3 to 4 green chilli make paste
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp red chilli
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp chaat masala
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp garam maslaa
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp orange red food colour
1 or 2 tbsp yoghurt
1 tbsp cornflour
1 tbsp maida
1 small lemon juice
food colour if required
